Solutions in Unsettled Times for Employment Law
A lot of my clients who are business owners say they have trouble keeping up with the vast array of rules and regulations about employing staff at the best of times let alone now during this corona virus impact on businesses and staff. Now I have found a useful solution for them. A company called Employsure provide a monthly subscription service for business owners that is like having your own in house Employment Lawyer.
They cover the Fair Work Commission and WH&S Law and all other employment law. They can provide legal phone advice if you ring them as a subscriber and they also provide access to a wide range of legal documentation, employment policies and articles.
They can represent you in court as part of your subscription fee if you face legal action for such things as alleged unfair dismissal. Basically they are to assist you with any legal matters about staff and that is useful in these unsettled times with corona virus happening. Do not make any employee decisions without talking to someone like Employsure first. They have different levels of subscription to suit your size business and staff numbers and I was surprised how reasonable it is.
